Swiss travel retailer Dufry to buy Italy's Autogrill Duty-free retailer Dufry has agreed to buy Italian airport and motorway caterer Autogrill , creating a travel industry giant to take advantage of growth opportunities as the sector rebounds, the companies said on Monday.
